We work with self-appointed superheroes.

At NonQuixote, we believe that idealism doesn't scale without the right message. If you’re doing positive things in the world, we want to help you get noticed.

Video Production

Equipped with our cameras, we will produce, film, and edit content you can share broadly. We offer complete video production services such as marketing videos, animations, explainer videos, festival and event coverage, and aerial / drone videography.

We do it all: story framing, research, writing, and producing. We have experience creating dynamic long-form articles and action reports that include beautiful photography, short video vignettes, and interactive data visualization.

Software Development

We’ve worked in Silicon Valley startups and designed curriculum for coding bootcamps that teach modern JavaScript frameworks. We specialize in agile methodologies and work with an extended team of top software developers.

Documentary Film

Our work has been highlighted in Slate, Huffington Post, Vimeo Staff Picks, and Wired. Film Festival exhibitions include AFI Docs, New York Film Festival, Slamdance, and the American Art Basel. Nominations include the 2017 Golden Eagle Award for Independent and Emerging Media for excellence in storytelling.

VR / AR / 360

We develop in Unity and work with an extended team of top-notch artists and creators. We also have experience with 360 video production and will be producing an immersive 3D experience during an artist residency sponsored by the National Park Service in June 2018!

Curriculum and Instruction

Everything we do, we also teach. Empowering others is our favorite part of the job. We’ve taught software development at the premiere coding accelerator in Japan, developed curriculum for the robotics company Sphero (through EduCollaborators), and taught iPhoneography at the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University.

Produced for Shannon Mackenzie.

An artist showcase. Utilizing post-traumatic growth and disguising past transgressions within a meditative mandala, Shannon May Mackenzie constructed a six foot circle comprised of sparse sentences among tens of thousands of individual lines. After thirty-three hours of labor, she painted over it; a part of the process.
